Frequently Asked Questions

Buying and opening:

1. Buy the product on this website;
2. The products will be opened on our Stream and the cards will be storaged on a bag/box with your name on it;
3. When you are ready to ship just buy the shipping and your cards will be sent out :)

Please note you dont get the bulk cards (Commons/Uncommons/Energy/Codes).

Once the product is opened no refunds can be issued.

If you regret your purshace I will refund you happly, but the paypal Taxes will be deducted from the refund.

If the mistake is from my end I'll give you a full refund :)

Once you are ready to ship out your cards just by the shipping product.

Once the package is ready to shipping you will recieve a email saying the cards are ready to go out and then you will get a new e-mail with the tracking number (please keep in mind the e-mail can go to the spam folder). You can also find the tracking code on the fufilled orders on the website profile.

According to the post office it should take 3-4 business days for the package to arrive. Please keep in mind sometimes it can take longer, but there is nothing we can do about that :(

We stream 3-4 times a week!

• Tuesday - 6pm (WET);
• Thursday - 6pm (WET);
• Friday - 6pm (WET);
• Sunday - 4pm (WET).

Please note that the hour may vary a bit. Sometimes I can start a bit earlier or a bit later :)

I'll try not to miss any day, but maybe it will happen sometimes!
